About the Founder

Although I went to private schools for most of my education, I learned very little about United States history in school. This was for two reasons: history was my weakest subject, because I did not realize how important it is, and the state forced a terribly inadequate curriculum upon us. Now in my early 30s, I’m realizing how shamefully ignorant I really am.

As I overcome my ignorance by educating myself, I look around and see that the vast majority of people around me are just as ignorant as I was. Never happy to leave a problem unattended, my inner drive dictates that I work to fix it. So I analyzed the problem, and in my limited understanding, I have determined that the most urgent and fundamental part of the problem is that we have forgotten how to be the kind of citizens that the Founders counted on having.  Simply stated, we’ve forgotten how to be Americans. Not that I know any better, but I’m learning, and so must you.

Back to the subject … My first career was Technical Writing. It came easily to me and it paid well, so I did that for a few years, but it never satisfied me. I knew it was time to find a different line of work when I found myself feeling relieved after a layoff. Now I’m studying to become a mechanical engineer. I find great satisfaction in problem solving and the creation of solutions, so this appears to be my true calling.

My involvement in politics began when I saw an independent film called Loose Change, Second Edition.  I was stunned, confused, and furious to my core.  That fire still consumes me, years later, and drives me to learn, learn, learn, … and now, to fight back.  If I do nothing, I will despise my own existence.  If I fight and fail, I will die knowing I fought the good fight, and I will stand with pride, shoulder to shoulder with others who fought for freedom.  If I fight, and win …

YOU are the key to victory, because you are one of the few who will embrace knowledge and use it.  So learn, then.  Fight beside me!
